Shipping Information

For any custom orders, please allow a maximum of 2 days for processing, since different types of candle moulds have different setting times. After processing, delivery should take 2-3 business days depending on your area/location.
For candles that are ready made, delivery is 2-3 business days, area/location dependent.
We charge a rate of R100 for shipping. For orders over R700, shipping is free. Please note that rates may vary, depending on the courier.
We take great care in making sure your products are in excellent condition when handing over to the courier. If there are any damages or problems with your product after the handing over process, we cannot be held liable for the damages. We have a strict no refund/return policy.
